Honestly I am at the point where I will accept the FATE quests but if during my time completing the other two the FATE doesn't pop I just abandon it and move on D:

I can easily use those extra allowances for Vanu/Vath and over a period of multiple FATE misses can get another token from them. I agree though that I wish all beast FATEs worked like the Kobold ones. They trigger within a few seconds of the other ending and is very convenient.
