2. Attempt to complete objective "Return the undelivered letter to Bango Zango" by interacting with Bango Zango
3. Interacting with Bango Zango results in normal non-quest dialogue options, the quest marker is on the map, but no quest marker appears over Bango Zango's head
4. Attempts to fix the issue by exiting and re-entering the area, logging out and back in, and fully restarting the client have all failed.
