Cross Server Black listing/Chat/Teaming

Firstly i recommend the black listing because almost everyone who uses duty finder has a bad run with atleast one bad player and would i imagine not want to have anything to do with that person again or black list a whole server based on user choice because some people have a bad experience with people on a particular server,

Second cross server chat would be handy or atleast a confirmation comes up when a person from another server tries to contact you giving a yes/no if you wish to accept any further message's, because many times i have teamed with really fantastic people only to find they are on different server's with is very unfortunate because it split's the community up,

Third and last an option to team with certain people on other server's would be a nice addition to duty finder.

Obviously not all of these idea's are possible however the first one i find is the most important.
