Proposal: Treasure Map and Aquapolis Changes

I stated it's fine as-is, so that doesn't really bring up anything new. The problem is that those maps are useless. There is no level 45 that is going to do maps. There is no reason to do those maps. They basically might as well not exist. I think that's a flaw.
It wouldn't be hard to make it so you had to be level 60 to go into the portals, or to spawn them. I've never seen anyone do maps that wasn't at level cap, so it didn't really occur to me.

If have to be 60 to go in then only right that its only 60 maps. Now real question is should they make lower tiers of Aquapolis :P
