I don't know what is more outlandish; the people that want things nerfed immediately or the fervor of people literally begging the developers to not make anything easier.

And been going on for years across many mmo's.

The only sure outcome is that nothing good comes out of it, either in the game or in the community.

Just because a player is casual doesn't mean they are bad. They might need to wait a bit longer for the baddies to unsub, but they can beat it. I don't think that many casual players will unsub after a week or 2 lol.

I understand that, but I can't underestimate the community when only a minority of players actually hangout in the forums.
Also I didn't mean to make it sound like casuals are bad, but they are usually the first to whine when things get tough and they are the majority. I guess just chalk it up to my cynicism.
