Gold saucer quest npc not found

Today I was doing the "And Then There Were Some" gold saucer special event quest and I was unable to find the npc Abbelina (4.9 7.3, gold saucer entrance). Anyone else have this problem? I would like to finish the quest before the even ends on 6/10.

If that's the one I think it is, she's one of the bunny girls at the end of the entrance tunnel (so from already being in the saucer, if you're at the main counter, look at the entrance tunnel where you come in from the airship and she's on the right)

I went back today to see if she appeared after the maintenance and at first I found nothing there, like I did yesterday. However, I changed the camera angle slightly, and I was able to see Abbelina and her twin Amycia briefly before they disappeared again. Turns out, on the floor where they stand are two spotlights to indicate their locations, but the npcs flicker in and out of sight depending upon my location and camera angle. This is some wield glitch for sure. I can provide screenshots, if needed, to clarify this strange in-game glitch.

edit: it's actually a loading issue as well, and I had to log in and out get them to appear as well
