I really liked the dress the female character that was teased in the 3.3 trailer was wearing. Is there any chance we'll be able to win this outfit as a reward in palace of the dead ? If not in the first installment perhaps in later patches ?

What happens if I progress into the deep dungeon, and I want to bring my friends along to challenge it with me, do they have to progress to the same point as me in order to join my party ? If so, can I go back to levels I have previously cleared to help them catch up ?

In other words, will I need a four person static for this content ?
