First, I wasn't about to read through all 336 replies when I finally found this forum for General Q/A at E3.

This has been mentioned before, and Yoshi-P has said that it is being looked into several times:

The Question - what is the current status of gaining access to roof decks and Balconies with the ability to also place furnishings on them?

Please elaborate on this in lieu of the usual "We are looking into it."

We know that apartments, and additional housing and such is in the works and also coming in very upcoming patches.

If this is also in the works, please let us know.

If this has been pushed to the floor in lieu of trying to get more housing out there for the masses, please let us know.
