Are there any plans to add extra rewards for the Recruit a Friend Campaign?

Sometimes your gear breaks in a dungeon when you least expect it but you don't have the necessary crafting disciplines leveled to repair. Would it be possible to implement a, "Request Repair" option whilst in a dungeon? Like requesting a meld for materia, only you'd be requesting another player to fix your gear for a fixed amount of gil, or other method.

PvP takes a very long time to queue, so can you change the queue system and look into a Cross Realm Instanced Zone which can be freely crossed into with matches starting at specific times (like how Gold Saucer GATE's start at :15 and :45mins every single hour)?

About the pink haired miqo'te girl that hangs around in Idyllshire, an npc says she cries at the fountains every night because her mother and father still haven't returned. Are we gonna have a sidequest that involves her and her parents in the future?

This probably seems like a very silly question, but I've been dying of curiosity about the lone Carbuncle in Idyllshire. What's his story? Who's the little guy's summoner? It's kind of sad when I see him all alone.

I think it might belong to the little pink haired kitteh girl that was originally standing at the sign in the Shire. Her top looks like the level 15 arcanist set, so it would make sense that it belongs to her. Also, at random times it shows up next to her, before at her feet and now on the bench beside her by the fountain.
