Status update on the extra controller hotbar!

When will you be increasing the item count available for housing both indoors and outdoors?

As it stands larges are severely empty with their 200 cap.

Many Free Companies on Balmung hold events on a stage.
Would it be possible to create a stage furnishing complete with lights and allowing us to place furnishings on it?
We currently have to create stages with multiple items and it eats up our item count, not only that but we cannot place props like chairs or beds on them either as they are considered tables.

You recently added the Chirurgeon's Curtain. Is there a possibility we could have window wall drape furnishings and other Curtain types?

Balmungs housing plots sold out in a matter of minutes, As did with many other high population servers with many people buying up more than one plot on their accounts.
Is there going to be anything done to consolidate for the high population of some servers in terms of housing?

This question weighs heavy on a lot of peoples minds and the GM's seem to give mixed responses.
Is buying a house only to resell for higher against the ToS and is it a bannable offence?
A lot of people got cheated out of housing by large FC's who bought multiple houses to resell for sometimes 20 times their initial value.

Any update on when we will be getting support for user created add ons ?

Will we see anymore synthesis furnishings that use Manor Varnish or Fine Wax? Perhaps a Manor Canopy Bed? Or maybe a Manor exterior Wall so we can make our homes look more like Haukke Manor on the outisde?
