As mentioned my 3.3 Minion Collectors Guide has all the information on currently available mounts minions and barding.

If the item isn't on my list then it isn't available. SE usually adds data that may be released in future events or sub number patches in big patches like this. I will also note that that image is not only a spoiler for some people but is the result of DAT mining and technically against the TOS -.-

NP. Generally look to what is on the lodestone notes and database for what is actually available. Databases like xivdb also restrict what is viewable to match the Lodestone but other fan sites and places like reddit abound with dat mined stuff so it's best to speculate about these kinds of things there and not here on the official forums

Oh and just cause something is in the days doesn't mean it will be released soon a couple of minions like wind up goblin, apkallu and little lab were in the days from 2.0 but weren't released for months
