Thread: 3.3 Hinderences

I've ran this twice so far.

First time might as well been a one-shot, except we had a healer D/C and had to be repped right at the beginning. 7 new people in this run

Second run we wiped to adds, but then killed him the second pull. 6 new people in the run.

Like I told the group my second run...just dodge AoEs and you'll be fine.

No need for a nerf

This is an easy fight.

Every mechanic is familiar.

Cleared it on the 2nd go.

It's perfectly fine.

I think sometimes people who complain and want things "nerfed" are just unlucky.

I joined this from DF, six other people were new too, we wiped a couple times, then we knew what to do and did it. I and 1-2 other people had gear from a full patch cycle ago, so it's definitely not too hard from a stat perspective.

The fight is fine. I cleared it my first run and we only had a few wipes because one person vehemently insisted that the particle beam had to be kited instead of shared and healed through. After a few times of pointing out the beams move too fast to outrun we did it the proper way and won easily.

Same here, proud of clearing it on day 1, same for this SoF.

This is a wake up call for a lot of people... there are to much people that want faceroll content or be carried, why would they even want to play then <.<

My friends and I beat this on our second time in the duty. First time in we had issues with healing. Our poor SCH was basically solo healing. Second time in, no issues at all. The fight is FINE. The only "problem" comes from 8 people needing to be on point, and we should be doing that regardless.

Agreed, and I haven't cleared it yet. But then again, I'll probably have to stop using DF for it since too many people are in a state of mind of "What, we wiped? Vote abandon!".
Unlocked Final Steps yesterday, four different groups, all abandoned after 2-3 wipes (every new group had lots of new people in it, so start from scratch etc.).

I like it, just like I liked bashing my head against Ozma. I'm persistant, most others (in my groups) haven't been, so no real time to actually get mechanics down.

Eff DF. Guess I'm going PF or FC for this one. Can't trust the general community (for once, I might add).
