    ^ This. It's when he does the first animation with the knockback. If they're not all dead by then, you wipe, even though theres still a couple of sections before he does the attack.

    If you have DPS problems at Nidhogg normal, someone in your party is probably just doing 1 2 3 1 2 3..

    Why should you even one shot a boss fight that has been escalating for a year lol?

    But seriously, ran this day 1, party wiped once before clear. Later that day, ran it for 2 FC mates, 1-shotted it (though they'd been held back in DF for a couple hours). Just earlier today 1-shotted it with 2 more FC mates. It really isn't that bad- I'm sorry people are getting paired with the people who only log on each patch cycle to run to different NPCs and see the story?

    I can't believe people are crying about the story mode version. It is supposed to be an epic fight and a climax, not some pushover. The funniest part is that he has pretty much a set rotation and even if you don't learn it, It is easy to simply react to mechanics and still clear. Took my first duty finder group like 3 or 4 tries and then we downed it no problem. As for Ozma, that fight was fun and extremely easy to learn. If you want a static enemy go do SSS or a training dummy. The twelve forbid that anybody has to learn anything and show some effort......That is the real hindrance of 3.3.

    Nidhogg is mostly "dodge the things", with a dps check thrown in to make sure they aren't completely asleep and a stack-in mechanic to make sure healers get some use out of their AoE heals for parties that know how to dodge.

    wait what? this is one the best design fights in a long time, prolly since Titan HM even. The victory is much sweeter if you work for it, the community is too used to pushover content, I think this is a good change of pace.
    For some reason, I foresaw that a post like this will crop up, it was bound to happen...
