You can still get them pretty cheap... Rather than buying unbound trees I simply made a party in party finder offering about 800k per tree to ppl willing to sell one off their property or one or two they had stuffed into a retainer. I got 7 that way for around 5 or 6 million. It's even cheaper if you stumble upon someone charitable, something you'll never find in MB scalpers.
