They can't put the same tree in the mogstation, it's a tradeable item (nothing you buy on the mogstation right now is tradeable except the wedding package, although they might have fixed that?). They'd have to release it as a modified different item that looked similar otherwise there would be people offering gil for a gift purchase (obviously less than it costs now on market board, but essentially a legalised RMT)
Please buy mine first though![]()
Make it a pastel yellow (or blue) flower rather than pink....for the MogStation one that is.They can't put the same tree in the mogstation, it's a tradeable item (nothing you buy on the mogstation right now is tradeable except the wedding package, although they might have fixed that?). Oh, didn't know was so valuable...maybe I'll sell mine on MB too then. Thanks for the heads up. Also they cannot add it to mogstation or at least if they did it would need to be both 'untradable' and 'market prohibited' else would be an extreme case of P2W.

They did this for dye making two different versions

I'd rather they just leave the event housing items purchasable the following year. If you're around for the event again you can get it, if you can't wait then buy it from the mb (or have someone drop one off at your house if it's bound). I'd like them to bring it back dyable. They're beautiful trees and fill out the yard nicely, but we need some variation going on too.
We need more different kinds of trees in general. I would like to have a similar model like the cherry trees but in green or even bigger trees...
Possible solutions to the event furnishings problem:
- Calamity Salvager - Let us rebuy our previously earned event furnishings on the Calamity Salvager, just like we can with clothes.
- Future Event Availability - Have an NPC that sells the previous years rewards at the current year's event. We should be able to buy the Eerie Wallpaper during every All Saints' Wake event.
- Furnishings Storage NPC - Let us store our event furnishings without having to pay more money to do it. These items are only meant to be used for a couple of months out of the year, and we simply don't have the space to store them all. We can't get rid of them though, or we'll lose them forever. Give us an NPC, or an Armoire, to store our event furnishings for the 90% of the year we aren't using them. (This, unfortunately, will not help with Fixture furnishings, but at least it would be something.)
- Mog Station - Please do not use this option unless you also provide a way for people that already earned the items to get them through in-game means. I find the idea of rebuying items I earned in-game for real life money abhorrent, but this would be a fine solution for people who never did the events in the first place.

if they could just sell it on the mog station id buy it =/
FFXIV Since Sep. 2010: Selbina/Ridill/Excalibur (Mergers)
Currently moved to Leviathan
I remember the Alpha days when even breathing lagged you
I have spent a crazy amount on all the event furniture I missed because I wasn't around at the time! Luckily I bought the trees when they were around 1m, they're up to 20m now on Cerberus. Biggest faff was the Thorne dynasty mantelshelf, as it was market board prohibited I had to pay someone, make them a temporary tenant and have them place it in my house!
