It took about 17-18 minutes after the servers came up for the last house to sell on Balmung. I got to my plot in time to buy it, but it was the last of its kind at only 3 minutes after the servers came up. It was the 50 mil plot in Mist. It had already sold in every other ward and sub... Lucked out xD I also beat five people there in a foot race.
