Moogle Beast Tribe quests question

So started doing the quests yesterday. I managed to get 6 missions. But today I'm only getting 3? Why is that? Why can't I get 6 like yesterday? Am I missing something here? Once I finished the 3 missions that I've been given no more appear.

Do I have to wait until I get rank 3?

The first rank was only 150 rep to fill and unlock Recognized quest (3 moogle dailies *50 rep). When you rank up, you are rewarded with 3 bonus quests on that day.

So typically it is 3 a day, except when you rank up, then it is 6.
