Returning player needing help with DoH craft

Hello fellow crafters!

So I've come back and really want to get into crafting however, I'm a tad unsure on what I should level. Firstly I thought leveling Mining/Botany will be good for supplies and gil. When it comes to a DoH I'm a little stuck in what I should choose.

I main MNK/WAR so I thought perhaps leveling a craft that compliments my class may work well but, I'm starting to think perhaps WVR may be the way to go so I can craft my own DoL gear while leveling MIN/BOT.

I am time constrained and am a casual player due to it. I know leveling all crafts is preferable and I do have some leveled, nothing really past 30 however. The only problem is having the time to level so many.

Can anyone suggest a good course of action to help me jump in? I would greatly appreciate it .

All DoH are interdependent on each other. There is hardly an item worth crafting that does not require components from 3 other DoH and 2 DoL for materials.
Then there are the DoH cross class abilities, which are essential for end game crafting.

When levelling up there are two approaches, level one craft at a time or level them all together. All DoH share all gear except tools so every class at the same time is better on your inventory.
