[To Dev's] 10'000 achievements points reward

Today Cuji Ukiyo from Sargatanas server became the first person to achieve 10.000 achievement points. Our sincere congratulations!

And while we are at it, I would like to talk about achievements. They are, from my point of view, the only "content" that matters. And not because I like them (I don't) but because it's the only content in the whole game that doesn't get nullified with new patches. Some of them do become easier to get as item level raises, but only small amount,- 10k dungeouns are still 10k dungeons, just like 500 S ranks or 1k Frontlines and etc.

And although it has been stated a few times by development team, that you have no plans to use Achievements anyhow, I think it's wrong. Because it's the most hardcore and timeconsuming type of content and must be rewarded accordingly. For example currently I have 9175 points and it costed me 663 days, 12 hours, 52 minutes of online playtime (almost 2 years of hard and soulcrushing work in game).

I know how you value game balance, so the least I ask for is to reward 10k achievement points with something. For example Nael van Darnus glamour costume and/or very special title. But fair reward would be ring with Refresh and Regen, afterall the person who lives inside game for years deserves to become a supreme being.

Moreover I would like to ask you to consider idea to implement reward for each 1000 achievements points (mounts or something). Again, fait reward would me "merit system" or plain +10% for all stats, but it would be too good to be true.

There are just as many people who would say that achievements are not content and are only put in the game to keep people busy with meaningless task.

The vast majority honestly does not care about achievements at all. This is the opposite view point on this subject.

I do disagree with any kind of achievement giving anything other then glamour rewards unless that achievement is strictly based on character progressing content. Aka killing Savage Alex X 10 times achievement could reward you with a token you trade in for the piece of your choice from that instance. But why should achievements like sightseeing logs give battle content buffs?

Personally I am in the camp that achievements are false content, something simply put there to be there that honestly has no real meaning. If all achievements were removed it will not hurt the game in anyway. Just as being in the game is literally adds nothing to the game, because the content simply already exist. Doing 10 dungeons, 1000 dungeons 100,000 dungeons means nothing to me. Nor does collecting 10million gil from mobs, or unlocking all the sight seeing logs.

Achievements are the pinnacle of casual content in my opinion, the opposite of hardcore mmo content.

Should there be rewards yes, but honestly a title or a mount or level 1 glamour should be about it.

No I did it the hard way.
I did fish for about maybe 20 of them then I realized it was boring and awful, and also my BTN needed to be leveled anyway so

We don't get stuff for the points, but we do get items and titles already for the Achievements already so I don't see the point other then you are about to break 10,000 points and want something or wanted to make sure people knew or something.
