Any good youtube/video guides on how to do dungeons especially from a tank's perspective?

- I thought Warrior needed Gladiator 15 and Marauder 30? And I needed to push Gladiator to 22 or 26 for skills from it (Flash if I remember right).

- From what I have seen of the system in FF14 its kind of like WoW tanking in ~Burning Crusade era. If that's comparable it's not that big of a swap for me.

- From other MMOs I know that asking for Guilds (FC) in general channels is a bad idea; and I don't quite understand what the 'mentor' program is about could you go into some detail?
