What´s the difference between first and the other plot classes?

Location basically. Seems like proximity to aetherytes, market boards, and summoning bells plays a factor, as well as where it's located on the map (edit: should say that 'better' grades tend to have better views.) At least this is what I noticed back when I was looking for the location I wanted to get my house at.

Thats what I thought too, but sometimes I see houses (like mine) that are first class and tbh they dont seem first class at all, the MB is not that near, the view is terrible too, so I was wondering that.

mines tucked away in a corner of goblet about 5 sec walk to the market board and water beside and behind thought 1 of the better spots for a small house in goblet when brought it ages ago :P
