everytime me or my wife try to use our rings it tells us unable to leave area please fix I didnt pay 40 dollars for nothing

Im not Square but there are chances to get that msg and I'd like to let you know in case you dont know..

First off check to make sure they havent blacklisted you (silly but its happened to people and that does in fact break your ring to them)

The Ring wont work in Dungeons.. Instanced area's ie like Menfilia's office .. if they're in houses, Inn rooms, FC workships.. any where you dont have a direct tele to. Some places in Heavensward if your story hasn't taken you there yourself (ie Idyllshire, All the new zones, and so on) Maybe even in places you haven't unlocked flying yet (not sure on this one). If your loved one is in like a house you need to ask them to step outside. I have to do this with my hubby alot cause he forgets ^^

Of corse if it's still not working you should probably Let Se know where you are and where she is on your use of the ring. So if it's nothing I've mentioned they can help out
