so i heard people said you can do the new VA aka "Weeping City of Mhach" to get this new "item", you can get it ONCE a week and u can use this item to upgrade ur L230-240? is that true? i been looking all over but i cant find this information

Yes, but you need both, one in Void Ark, and other in Weping City. So, you still need run both (unless you stacked the Void Ark ones this past weeks)

That was the Mhachi Matter iirc, the item that you turn in for Grade V materia.

They move the item to get Materia V to Mhach.

To get the Lore gear upgrade you need the old one from Void Ark (the one you used to upgrade Esotheric) and the new one in The Weping City of Mhach. With both, you can get the upgrade item for Lore Gear
