Let me clear thing up from the jump. I love the Weeping City, it's generally challenging, but not too much (requiring thought) it's fun, beautiful, and flat out EPIC. 10/10. My favorite 24 man so far. Hoooooooowever, still not quite perfect. Now while, I don't want a true "nerf" of the raid, it could use some tweaking.

The auto-attack after taking Hell Wind as Main Tank. I don't know if there's a trick to this mechanic short of sprinting around the room until healed up a bit (never done this, but it seems like a funny site) but I've timed an Equilibrium and Inner Beast, or Clemency and rarely catch it. Maybe delay the auto attack a bit, SE?

When Accelerated Bomb is placed on me RIGHT after/during the adds spawn. So while I'm trying to pick up adds, I'm forced to totally stop acting. So I have to chose between being a responsible tank and nearly dying, or letting my adds drift to another alliance or my healers. All I can really suggest is not allowing tanks to get Accelerated Bomb during add spawns.
