My experience with the game is as follows : Testing , couldn't do anything for the thousands of bots- packed servers full of bots - 20 minute loading screens even from city section to city section ,we got like a year free after that , I didn't log in but 2xs . Then it was "Reborn" (music plays, fade out center view ....)I still didn't play , couldn't link my steam account with square account cause I failed the test to recover password a few times and got put on hold ect , So I bought another collector's edition created another account to link to steam started from scratch again , played till lvl 20 or so , got bored quit again , then saw hw , so I bought ce of that as well , platinum promise (which hasn't been used cause you had to complete the 50 quest ) I've bought about everything in the square store , digital items mounts ect , and adding like 270 days of game time to account

I want a house , I played the game actively , I've paid my dues , where's my house?I'll tell you where my house is ... one of many 1000's of players and bots have my house , I sat there and watched the same player log into different toons ect and buy plots of land while I was trying to figure out which plots were for sale ect , and watch them lol at players saying they had 8 houses , and if you included alts ect they had over 20 plots , for us players that have never had a house and have no idea how it works buying plots ect , we're just screwed cause you have to look at the ward selection

you see the price at end , then you have to find the house - I found a ward with 3 houses left 3 mil ones , by the time I got to the thing the same player I saw buying the other plots , houses ect was at that same spot buying it , I've left the game now , I've been through the archeage way of life by trion worlds , where houses are so scarce that it's actually an echonomic thing worth real money , the players that have 1000 MB/s get in 1st run around buy the new land then sit on it never going to use it , only to resale it for sometimes 100xs the original price , It's like playing the market board with a way better outcome /profit margin .

In conclusion , ways to fix the issue - Instance housing - Most players that would want a house really could care less if someone else can ramble through the house (The rooms in fc are instanced why not housing) account based housing , 1 account 1 house no matter if you have 40 toons on the account 1 house for all 40 toons - also 1 house per account could also mean on 1 server you may have 1 house not 1 per server - pick the server you play on more then the others boom that's your house not 1 house on every server (I saw a ton of players that had houses on every server ) Keep in mind I was logged in 23 mins after the severs came online , cause of a que of 380+ players for NA-Lev

It's still a great game , beautiful graphics nice gameplay- through the agro could be better done - I spent 1000's of real dollars on archeage buying mounts/minions ect , I've spent a lot here also 1/2 of that game revolved around owning land that was bought buy bots or just crappy players , and this game is becoming a game that relies on owning land ( for growing in gardens and placing trophies - lol we only have 2 retainers, tossing collectable stuff out isn't my thing )
that's just my 2 cents , enjoy your gaming - I guess I'll go back to wow for Legion ® - wish you the best fighting over land that 1 player has run around and bought up

Sorry, I don't buy it. That ONE person gets to log in and out with ease while the rest of us sat in the que... just no. There are legitimate issues with housing and how it was handled; you don't need to make stuff up.

This topic is something else. "The rich" buying plots and reselling them are indeed a problem, but that shouldn't matter to those who barely play and most likely can't afford a house unless they inherited some crafter's gil stash before they quit. In your second post you say that you paid your dues, what dues? Judging from your opening post you haven't reached level 50 yet.

The testing period had no bots, i was there for alpha and beta. The game system was just naturally laggy as hell
