World Transfer down?

Couldn't find anything on any of the websites saying it would be down any longer than everything else. Anyone know how long it'll be? I had planned to play 3.3 content with a friend but can't do it now

I contacted them, they said to "watch the lodestone for updates" and gave no helpful information. There's not even any indication that it's down, it just is the only service you can't use atm. -_-
