Game is very lagging and actions are delayed

I have been playing FF14 on PS3 since Apr 2016. I am using wired Ethernet connection. The world is Siren. All along, the game is fine without any delays. I like the game very much and signed up for a 3 month subscription.

However since 4 Jun 2016, the game suddenly becomes very lagging. During dungeons, trials, guildhests etc., the game (other players and enemies) would freeze (I can still move but did no damage to the enemies) frequently. After about 10 s, the game would then fast forward. This is very frustrating and it makes all the dungeons unplayable. My internet connection is fine.

During normal gameplay, the same lagging issue also occurs.The enemy would freeze and then the actions will fast forward later.

This lagging issue only occurs a few days ago and till now, after the latest Patch 3.3 update, I am still facing the issue. I did not configure any settings prior to this.

I would appreciate any help.

This is happening to my partner (ps4) and myself (pc) as well. It has become worse over the last couple of days to the point where I can't log in without disconnecting. It has been happening since June 4. We play from Sydney, Australia and there are a couple of threads going around about this same issue.

I have logged a support ticket with SE but am yet to hear back. Where are you playing from?
