I think that's been mentioned in a couple other threads too.

Report them. If you see anyone trying to flip houses, report. If gm's are overrun with thousands of reports per flipper, they might consider doing something about it. Like limiting the number of houses that can be owned per account or giving us a way to buy or sell legitly and transfer ownership from one house to another without having to give up what we already have. If we want something to be done about the flippers or how housing works, we're gonna have to start letting SE know how we feel.
