Can't progress through Moogles quests, help!

I'm having trouble progressing through the moogles quests!

I've just completed "A Nutty Initiation" and the next quest in the line is "Protecting the Pom". But it's not there, im sitting right in front of the NPC (Mogloo) and it's not here.

The requirements for this quests are completing "A Nutty Initiation" and "The Song Begins", which I already have completed.

Now I can't progress and I can't start the new beast tribe quests because of it.

A little help, please.

It's not showing in the "recommended" tab so it's not anywhere in the map (I think).

I've just completed --- EVERY SINGLE QUEST --- in the Churning Mists, including the chain that carries over to the Sea of Clouds, and STILL the next quest (Protecting the Pom) didn't appear!

Is this a bug or something?

You will get new Quests when you progress further, just take a look in the older areas and you will probably find new ones

Who's idea was it to make us do side quests to start a beast tribe, great way to make people like moogles again SE.

You had to do the sylph side quests to open them as a daily hub.

I'm have the same exact problem. what was your solution to this? Because i have completed both of the quests needed to start Protecting the Pom but it wont appear for me either

I submitted an in-game bug report a few days ago, but haven't gotten a response. Could someone please tell me how they fixed this problem? I'm at a total loss.
