More like 5 million O kotes because high levels are buying them and low levels can't afford it? Oh yeah you need those Sniper's rings, too bad this level 75 millionaire needs them too! You'll just have to work hard enough.

As far as current itemization, it didn't even exist prior to 1.19. Now it's in growing pains. You can't draw conclusions from any of that.

We could try to analyze some of the stuff though. If legendary items are 'seasonal', that means they will stay relevant for a year or two at time. So as such the same should apply to other gear, in general.

Or they could farm the items or use the lesser version like anyone else did while leveling up. That same formula could have worked here but instead it's gonna dry up content fast cause they wanted to follow a bad trend.
