I wouldn't worry about this. Any changes they make to parry have to work in such a way that they can be applied retroactively throughout the content without breaking the game. That includes old gear sets and old dungeons. So, whatever changes they're making are likely to be small and insubstantial. It is HIGHLY unlikely that they will be enough to warrant any considerations for the relic weapon.

That's what it's looking like. I only got about 20 Piety points out of the supposed 46 from HQ Cider. Maybe it's 5% max or 46 points whichever prerequisite gets met first. That said I can only see my Piety getting to 435 if I would use a weapon with 2 materia slots.

People still don't know what stats to use?

If you have for example 400 pie before food then you'd only get 20 (5%) from that food. You need 920 pie before food to get the max 46 from it.
