New recipe for "Smoked Raptor" doesn't work

As outlined in the Changes Planned for Patch 1.19, the recipe for smoked raptor was changed to use oak chips instead of chestnut chips. This new recipe does not work (You cannot synthesis with those materials). Oddly enough oak chips also is listed in the "Items not Used in New Recipes" section of the post. As chestnut chips have been phased out since chestnut logs are no longer obtainable, oak chips would make sense as a replacement item, however the recipe just doesn't work.
