All these people who logged in multiple accounts just to buy up as much housing as they could with the intention of reselling it should have all associated acounts banned, and the plots removed from them.

But how does SE know that the multiple accounts are all being used by one player? There is no real way for them to ban people buying up houses like this sadly, the only thing they can hit them for is reselling for massive profits. I don't think they could even make them one per account, you could still sell that house off, unless they make it purchased through mog station, which if that's the case might as well make the game F2P at that point. Instanced housing would be great but it's not likely going to help anything UNLESS instanced housing allows players to access company workshops, if FC functions aren't tied into IH, then all the FCs looking for house will be back at square one.

Sadly none of this matters because hundreds, maybe more, put up WTB house PFs and bought the homes the "criminals" were selling. Basically supporting their reasoning for buying up all the houses and reselling.

We can try to fight but it doesn't matter because much of the community is willing to buy that stuff..
