[PS4] Constant [20512] [25008] Error

Wtf after redownload the game , its still crash when updating the patch!
What waste of time.

FYI, this is the list of things i've tried to do to fix this:

-restarting ps4
-restarting router
-rebuilding ps4 database
-reinstalling the game 2 TIMES
(Trying digital download & install via bluray)
-downloading the patch via different ISP

NOTHING WORKS.

Tonight is my raid schedule and the rest of my static is waiting for me. If this still havent resolved by 2-3 days i might get kicked from the static. Maybe some of you knows how hard it is to get into a static nowadays, especially i'm playing in masamune where english community is minority here

AGAIN this morning getting errors [20512] [25008]. Why hasn't this been fixed yet? Or even a word said about this? One more week and they will lose another sub simply because I refuse to pay for a game I can't even play!

GUYS! I might've found a solution to this:

-set your IP manually
-change your MTU(i changed mine from 1500 to 1450)

I had no problems patching my PS4 last Tuesday, but I already do this, so it might have helped.

Tried that only made things worse for me, but after I reset it back to normal I tried one last time to download and it finally worked. Did the first 700mb and installed that and had the error again, but it at least kept that progress and I was able to finish off the patch. Still not sure what is causing these issues but it is annoying, and not the first time I've dealt with this.
