They said maintenance would be done at 6 am PDT. I was up at 3 am EDT and could DL the patch. Being able to DL the patch has nothing to do with the servers being up and functioning for access/play.

I think they have accounted for DS as the notes say update was available from 6:45 GMT I downloaded at 7:00 here in the UK, if they haven't accounted for DS then I wouldn't have been able to download until 7:45

notice says that it will be available at 10:00 GMT (it's 10:03 right now in the UK), it will be in an hour

I understand that it has nothing to do with server up time, the notes use said auto downloads available from 6:45 GMT, technically the UK is +1 right now because of Daylight savings, so as I downloaded at 7:00 I was assuming SE were accounting for Daylight savings otherwise I technically shouldn't have been able to download the update before 7:45 here, clearly they haven't though and it's gunna be another hour.

I agreed it's gone 10 so it'll be another hour, I'm talking about the auto patch download notes that went up 20 minutes ago saying the download has been available from 6:45 GMT not the server up time notes stating 10:00 GMT
