    Hello can someone explain me this? RESIDENTS OF JURISDICTIONS OTHER THAN THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA MAY BE ELIGIBLE TO ENTER THE CONTEST UNDER RULES APPLICABLE TO THOSE RESIDENTS’ JURISDICTIONS, IF SQUARE ENIX OR ITS AFFILIATES HAVE POSTED SUCH RULES. I live in Latin America that means I can't join? t_t is my life dream to work as concept artist for SE I want to join!

    ikr. like if you live outside of japan, NA or EU you have no hopes of joining ANY ffxiv contest ever hahaha
