    It's not updating my launcher so it's not letting me download >.>, the boot.cfg is all correct too according to the reddit link.

    Reddit didn't give the details of how to fix the problem. The "BootVersionCheckMode 0" should be BootVersionCheckMode 1 to force your launcher to update...
