Did you level your healer right after you'd played on your bard a lot on maximum level? That would have cumulated you lot of rested exp during the time you were on max level so it didn't get used, and since doing dungeons without any roulette mainly deals it's experience from kills, the rested exp buffer can nearly double a dungeon gain.As for my healer (SCH), I just spammed dungeons. I am doing the same to level my tank (WAR) but compared to healer, it's taking relatively longer time. Three or four runs were enough to get me one level but as a tank I need seven to ten runs to level up
Is the EXP gain for tanks low on purpose to make them do more dungeons?
Or am I doing something wrong..
If you say 'pls' because it's shorter than 'please', I say 'no' because it's shorter than 'yes'.
The best way to level a Tank is doing Dungeons. You have fast entrytimes and more important you learn at least a bit how to play a Tank. You can always do some Fates in between but if you only with Fates you never learn how to play a Tank properly and you will fail in the level 60 Dungeons.
after doing leveling roulette everyday:
1-10 grinding fates in summerford farms
10-15 aleport fates
15-30 still doing fates and when bored i queued for last dungeon available, with food.
30-45 grinding fates in dragonhead while doing dungeons
45-60 dungeons.
The insta queue in dungeons helped a lot in leveling as i had the chance to learn the class much better, besides the xp and gear, and i always used them to get a break from fates.
Paladin is my main so I leveled with the story and the job quest. A little roulette and dailies, too and I finished it, through.
1-50 due to PLD being my main, so plenty of mainstory exp. 50-60 was purely the Zodiac Zeta grind, I was 60 before I reached HW, I only just beat ultimate weapon in fact. I regret doing it, wasted all the HW exp sigh.
You can switch to another class, get it to 50 and just do the rest of the MSQ with it.
