I'm so ready. I woke up at 1 am PST and saw that the Lodestone update finished at 7:30. In my half-asleep state, I thought that meant that 3.3 was up, only to be disappointed when I realized my mistake.

Oh well. 12 minutes to go.

Yoshi did say in a translated interview not that long ago that, despite the lower number of story quests, their actual duration was longer. So the idea is each quest has several steps involved for completion.

I actually like that design, not accept a quest go talk to someone Quest Complete, now pick up a new one. The entire quest chain should just be one long quest since, or at least break them up into large related segments. So if this is the case, i'm happy for the design change.
