I use this one, as it lets the screen be more free in my opinion.

THe number one hotbar is the same as the one verticaly because i pushed Shift+7 before i took the screen^^

The only things i ever change are the focus bar (Right next to the party) and the alliance windows (where they are not annoyingly in the way) every menu is pretty much accesible within 2 seconds,so i dont really need any class change hotkeys or whatever on my screen all the time..

Don't have a full screen saved atm, but pretty much just something like this:



With target over my status effects, focus to its right, enemy list below focus.
Chat in the bottom-left corner, party list to its right.
Mini-map in the top-right corner.
Mini-menu and gil in the bottom right corner, boxed in by the exp bar.
Expandable gear bar just above.

I turn on duty list only as needed.
