Alright SE has since 2.0 said they will make Fishing a relaxing job with less reward than the other 2 more interactive DOL jobs. I understand the reason given the simplicity of the FSH mini-game lends itself well to bots taking over the MB.

However let me lament a lil bit...... SE you've hidden end game fishing behind story quest, time windows, weather, baits, stats, folklore, skills (fishing eye...etc), and location lockout if you're in a fishing location for several hours..... how much more anti-bot deterrents do you need more to add before our human fishers can get a decent return on the time we spend fishing for end game fishing??!


I'm referring to 3.2 fishes mostly. With Cul desyn skill at 220, 3.2 fishes desyn at a 70% rate and among those desyn they have nearly a 1% chance of conversing into something decent (materia V's).....1% SE come on please!! Could we at least get a 10%? Keep in mind all these fishes materias are elementals (ice, water, fire, lightning) which means we'd need 5 of them to even gamble with the goblin in hopes of getting an actual useful materia V. This is your game and you know the impact of bots way better than I do; I'm just asking if you guys have consider these petty 1-2% conversion rates based on actual exposure to RMT or if its simply a flat policy.

Heck you can do what you did with Storm Chasers; they use to desyn into Platinum coins then u patched it into gold....then u patched again into silver...clearly you saw something wrong and made adjustments. Could we get that kind of attention on these end game fishes please?
