    It's at the northernmost part of the Western Coerthas Highlands next to the zone border leading to the Sea of Clouds.

    The fish? Those are ice faeries, or perhaps the Coerthan Clione species given the bright blue.

    They are based off a real life creature known as a Sea Angel.
    A very beautiful creature (until you give it food then it turns into a demon)

    I've seen Sea Angels in real life! They are so beautiful. I saw them at the Osaka Aquarium last year when I went to go see my girlfriend (she lived in Matsuyama, but now moved to Okayama). The Sea Angels were in a tank and were gracefully swimming like little fairies. They were elegant. I still have the video I recorded of them on my iPhone. I first learned about them in the Wii game "Endless Ocean: Blue World."

    Ooh Endless Ocean was such a neat game.

    Lovely pic, I really need to spend more time just looking around at things like that (but I can't! Not while this MGP event is going on and I have to live in the Saucer).
