An issue wherein players could not queue as an undersized party for “The Second Coil of Bahamut (Savage)” unless they had 8 party members.
* Players should now be able to queue as an undersized party for “The Second Coil of Bahamut (Savage) - Turn 1 – 4” via the Duty Finder.
* The average item level has been set to 105.

Why bother with Nidhogg weapon wise when the other two exist? The only thing I can think of is getting weapons for alts you don't want to put much effort into.

edit: disregard, nothing in the patch notes said anything about welfare lore upgrades

It depends too because it could be like before where the thordan bow was better than the upgraded eso one. The augmented lore bow is also kind of crappy.
