I recall this being mentioned too, but I don't remember seeing it in the patch notes and wasn't confident enough that its real to mention it in my post.

I dont think the i190 gear is craftable, seeing as it's not anywhere in the recipe list within the patch notes.. There is however i190 accessories in the recipe list.
