    Yep new rank and outfits. It could be they are going to release it in 3.35 with Palace of the Dead.

    They stated a few times that there'll be no new ranks until they create content to justify it and go along with it, currently they're working on a Legion system which lets you enroll people to fight with you, people you'll train and the higher your rank the more you can enroll in your legion, tho we don't know how far they are in that project, if it's just an idea or actually being developed.
