Do you mean Blue script craft tokens? Or Red ones?

Red ones:
Available for purchase using Rowena's tokens (red crafters' scrips):
Craftsman's Competence Materia IV / Craftsman's Cunning Materia IV / Craftsman's Command Materia IV / Rowena's Token (Blue Crafters' Scrip)
Available for purchase using Rowena's tokens (red gatherers' scrips):
Gatherer's Guerdon Materia IV / Gatherer's Guile Materia IV / Gatherer's Grasp Materia IV / Rowena's Token (Blue Gatherers' Scrip)

Blue ones:
Basically all of the stuff that used to require Red ones.

Also note that you can buy Blue Scrips by trading in Red scrips (it seems!)
