Also sent a tweet to Optus, but it seems as if they're not replying to me, lol.
Edit: also opened a SE ticket. lets hope this gets resolved soon! If you guys could maybe help speed up the process by sending in some too... LOL
Thanks for the your trouble, I've happened to take a ticket too, but they have another maintenance tonight so hopefully this might "accidentally" fix our connection in some ways.
