Did these quests get an XP reduction or was it just a change in display?

Before the patch, even when I did these quests on my level 60 classes, I would see the XP reward as over 100k and I would get the notice that the quests had been synced to my level.

After the patch, I don't get that notice any longer, and the XP reward is showing 10k.

Is this just a change in the way it's all displayed at level 60 (since you don't get xp anyway), or did the quest XP get reduced? I don't have any classes between levels 50-59 to check on this.

I do not have a lv 50-59 job either so I cannot check. Maybe, this is an anticipation of the upcoming lifting of the level cap (patch 4.0): they do not want us to go from lv. 60 to 61 with this daily quests. I think it is the same with the ARR beast tribe quests, the xp is nerfed if lv. 50 or above.

Checking it on my lvl 51 MNK, the quest reward shows 60480 exp. It's probably just a change that defaults the max level reward down to 10k exp, similar to the pre-HW dailies.
