Hi guys, who thinks we need a rework in Sleipnir mount?
Its fair for the price we paid that Sleipnir shoud be able to fly, and if possible, for a complete rework, they could add the missings legs.
What u guys think about a petition?

Give a good reason why it should fly other than "money" and "everything else flies".
Yes, but many people bought it thinking they would be able to use it in current content, forever. They kind of got robbed when Heavensward came out, and it turns out the mount they bought is now useless.
I don't have Slepnir, but I do have the primal ponies. Yes, it's great that Kirin can fly, but if I had known that I would only be able to use the rest of the horses for 1% of my playtime, I might not have bothered to get them. I'm sure people that bought Slepnir before flying mounts were introduced feel the same way.
I'll step in for him and say that I bought it at a time that flying didn't exist. Now that we have flying, and Slepnir has been shown of being able to fly in this very game, there's zero reason for him not to. If they can go back and make Kirin, the turtle, and Fenrir fly, as well as go and alter the other three magitek mounts to have blasters, with the red and white ones being done after they were added to the cash shop, then Slepnir should have honestly been priority one because it was a paid mount. Plus, now that flight is a thing, having it able to fly makes the purchase that much more attractive for new customers.

"You grinded those Primal Ponies for what they were."
"You subscribed for x amount time knowing what those mounts were."
"You grinded dungeons for tank mounts knowing what they were."
"You grinded MGP knowing what those mounts were."
See how silly your argument looks when I apply it to every other pre-Heavenswarn mount? If every other mount can fly, then so should Sleipnir.

he can fly in Final Fantasy 9 \^^/

Coming from someone who is cool either way on whether Sleipnir flies or not (Cause Twintania = Best mount)...It's still Friggin Painful when people ask for a good reason why it should fly, and Often enough I pray that individuals like Miles, Morzy, or the individuals that gave them their "likes" just sincerely don't know about Sleipnir in this Franchise.
Mythology aside, It has been shown in the Franchise itself that Sleipnir can indeed Fly. He's not running on an invisible road, and there isn't strings in the sky holding them Up...Sleipnir caaaan fly, so having Sleipnir fly in content that allows flying actually makes things more accurate, Unlike a friggin Adamantoise flying which doesn't even make sense within it's own franchise. Have not been shown to fly at any point in the franchise, and if it did and Im just not aware of it, Im pretty damn sure it's not by rocket propulsion. The ONLY reason that thing flies because its a joke. Is that a freaking better reason as to a mount flying ?
You people want reasons as to why Sleipnir should fly ?
- It Cost actual money to obtain. I brought Sleipnir without the ability to Fly during content where flight was not possible, and thats completely Fine (for me personally). That crap won't look appealing in the least for those that come in where it flying is a necessity. At the very least, not having it fly is not good for the product itself. " Oh snap Sleipnir!! wait what it can't fly!? ". Yea they will probably have some people who still buy it because come on...it's Sleipnir, but it could be better.
You all already established that this isn't a good enough reason though so I'll take it another step further.
- Im gonna take the " Everything else flies " and change that to " because crap that has no business flying flies, so why not ? "
Isn't working for you ? Okay lets up this up a notch
- It has been established in the Franchise that it flies. That's not Odin flying through the air carrying Sleipnir...
I really don't think much more is needed for reasons.
But please entertain me for a moment. what would you consider a good reason ?

It was added in as a Japanese pop culture reference to Gamera, a turtle similar to Godzilla. It would be like a US video game making a reference to Bugs Bunny. And yes, the turtle uses rocket propolsion to both fly like with jetpacks and to spin around like a flying saucer.a friggin Adamantoise flying which doesn't even make sense within it's own franchise. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GameraIn the Shōwa era series, Gamera was a titanic, fire-breathing, prehistoric species of turtle who fed on petroleum-based material, presumably giving him the ability to breathe fire and fly by "jets" ignited when the monster retracts its legs – it can propel itself by spinning through the air with all four legs in and (shown in later films) can fly straight with just the rear legs drawn inside its shell.
So, yeah, it's not a joke, it's a pop culture reference.
