    BUG: Crash to desktop at beginning of Gridania intro quest Sundered Skies

    Platform: Windows 7
    System Specs: Intel Core i7 990x 3.47GHz; 12GB RAM; NVidia Geforce GTX 580 (non-SLI)
    Internet Connection Speed: 5Mbps
    Date & Time: Oct. 30, 2011 18:30 PST
    Frequency: Every time
    Character Name: Tiara Faeyur
    Race: Midlander
    World: Besaid
    Class: Archer lvl 1
    Area and Coordinates: Gridania Intro Quest (Sundered Skies)
    Party or Solo: Solo


    Steps:
    1. Create a new female midlander archer character in Gridania
    2. Go through the intro sequence until tutorial section
    3. Follow the tutorial steps for camera control
    4. Follow the tutorial steps for character movement (approach Yda)
    5. Follow the tutorial steps to view Journal
    6. Follow the tutorial steps to initiate conversation with Yda
    7. Initiate another conversation with Yda to start the cut scene where Yda wakes up

    Results: Crash to desktop during cut scene after Yda attempts to get up and says "Oh, my head!"

    NOTES: Tried lowering all graphic settings from high/highest to standard, did not resolve the issue. Issue does not occur in Ul'dah or Limsa Lominsa intro quests.

    They can provide some suggestions that can help prevent this crashing issue from occurring.
